Hold Prime Construction is a leading London based construction company specialising in high end residential projects. With a strong focus on Central London and the surrounding areas, we’ve been successfully delivering complex refurbishments, comprehensive design & build services and fullscale project management for over 16 years, since our establishment in 2008.
Hold Prime Construction is led by two directors, Damianos (Noulis) and Pavlos, who collectively bring over 50 years of invaluable experience in the construction industry.
Noulis boasts over 21 years of experience as a construction business owner. His unmatched hands on expertise and deep understanding of every stage of the building process are a direct result of working on site from a young age across all trades. He is instrumental in shaping HPC’s grounded, practical and detail driven operational philosophy.

Pavlos, with a degree in Project Management, has successfully delivered numerous high specification residential developments across London. Renowned for his strong communication skills, he serves as the primary liaison between clients and architects, ensuring seamless collaboration and the full realisation of client visions. His meticulous planning and coordination guarantee that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Together, Noulis and Pavlos load HPC with a perfect balance of practical know how and strategic oversight. Combined with a highly skilled team of craftsmen and trade partners enable consistent delivery of exceptional homes that truly stand the test of time.
